Return/Refund and Cancellation
Return/Refund Policy:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return or Refund is acceptable only in the case of receiving damaged item caused during in-transit. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and send us a video receiving damaged product. Return is not possible in case of size or color issue. We have provided size chart on the product page. Before purchasing please check the size chart.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@rhinotrends.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take necessary action.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take several working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
1. Return Period
The product can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
2. Condition of Return
While returning the product, it should be in the original packaging and condition. The tag of the product should not be altered or tampered with while returning. Return will be issued only in case of damaged products only after providing sufficient video proofs within 24 hrs of receiving the product.
3. Usage Clause
In case the product is used within the returning window and then returned, no replacement shall be issued.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be solely at the discretion of the brand.
5. Product Replacement
Product replacement might be issued only in case of damage of the product during transportation, Terms & Conditions Applied*.
6. Replacement Period
No replacement shall be issued after 7 days once the product is delivered.
7. Alteration of Terms
In case of any discrepancies, the brand reserves all rights to alter or change the terms.
8. Jurisdiction
In case of any conflict, it will be under the jurisdiction of Siliguri Sub Divisional Court.
9. Amendment Rights
The brand reserves all rights to change the terms and conditions at any time without informing or intimating anyone.
10. Cancellation Policy
Once the product is shipped or dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
